Produktionen k\u00f8rte i starten manuelt, hvor operat\u00f8rer samlede sk\u00e6rmene i h\u00e5nden. Styringen skulle v\u00e6re simpel og fejltolerant, levere mindst 5 stk\/min for at indfri kontraktens leveringsplan, og lade sig bygge ud med flere optioner senere \u2013 fx vision-baseret slutkontrol eller ekstra label-printere.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-67e7a5b elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"67e7a5b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Teknikken<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3f4fdf0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3f4fdf0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>KM-Automation udviklede styringen til to identiske robotceller bygget op om en UR-robot. Robotten henter sk\u00e6rmkomponenter fra et magasin, mens en label-applikator og en velcro-feeder forbereder det f\u00e6rdige produkt. Et transportb\u00e5nd med encoder-styret motor leder det f\u00e6rdige visir ud af cellen. Hele cyklusen er bygget op om enkle trykknapper og en visuel statusindikator, s\u00e5 operat\u00f8ren med f\u00e5 sekunders opl\u00e6ring kan starte, stoppe og resette anl\u00e6gget.
